How can we help?

Swift has a duty to make sure your young person is protected from risk of harm while they are in our care, whether they are taking part in their task days, commuting to and from their sessions, or workplace, or at any other time.

We are here to help you, as their Guardian, to support young people in making good choices, seeking help when they need it, being able to talk about their experiences.

If you have any concerns about your young person, or would like to talk to us about anything at all, you can email our dedicated wellbeing email address wellbeing@swiftcc.co.uk or contact our Learner Experience Manager and Safeguarding lead on jh@swiftcc.co.uk or call 07535 002315.

Please take a look at our policies for further information about our approach to supporting young people.
