Lean Manufacturing Operative
Your Manufacturing Operatives are vital to business performance, it's expected that they'll work safely, meeting the exacting quality standards demanded of a fast-paced and efficient processing environment and develop into a multi-skilled operator. Our Lean Manufacturing Operative Apprenticeship arms your team with continuous improvement methods, kaizen tools, process visualisation and problem-solving tools and techniques to contribute to and develop improvement during manufacturing operations.
Improvement Technician Level 3
Your Improvement Technicians are your first line of support for operational reporting and problem solving. They're in a unique position to resolve issues, prevent reoccurence, and engage with others to support and improve performance. Our Improvement Technician level 3 Apprenticeship will help embed the right practices in your people to ensure they're able to identify improvement opportunites and the relevant countermeasures and controls, initiate and facilitate improvement actvities through to confirmed resolution, and provide local expertise in business improvement methods and tools to the team.
